Bin Laden makes no direct threat against the United States and Bush administration officials said they have no evidence that al-Qaida is planning an imminent attack.

Why the amercicans haven't catch Bin Laden until now.... Or he is very smart or the officiales from the Bush administrations are very  stupid....(this is for sure but....) 6 years from the deadliest terrorist attacks and nobody nows nothing. You can imagine something like this?!... They fight against the terrorist ....WHO?
